  2. Gather the documents that are required to file bankruptcy from our document checklist.
  3. Complete your client intake online (input your Debts, property, income and expenses into our system) and then
  4. Make an appointment (with the Secretary 625-0903)to come in and file.
  5. You may want to get a free credit report from annualcreditreport.com to help gather the information about your debts to prepare your bankruptcy;
